You request a quote for your project and we respond with a detailed questionnaire. Once the questionnaire has been completed and returned, we quote a price and time to complete.
If you decide to choose Hinged, both parties sign an agreement to begin work with an agreed upon start date, completion date, and price.
You pay us the amount agreed upon, and we begin work.
We complete the work within the allotted time frame, and send it to you via any of the following methods: Email, Download Link, or Physical Media such as USB.
You approve it or request edits. We require notice of edits within 48 hours of delivery. We then offer five business days of editing.
If needed, we complete any edits and get approval.
You sign a completion of work receipt, both parties get a copy, and we thank you for your business.
